「comfortable beds, very clean hotel, breakfast was good. Upon arrival later in the evening after a long day of driving, there was a sign on the desk stating they would be right back. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes for someone to show up. I don't have a problem with that, however, when they did, it was two staff members that had been off together when one of them could have stayed at the desk. Otherwise a great stay!」

「It was great that they changed booking to ground floor since Im disabled. The parking and location was ideal. However... the beds were so tall I couldnt get on or off without husbands help and I am 5'8"! And the bedspred was so rough, it actually burned my elbow when I moved. My elbow was much smoother though. It was not a handicapped unit but we didnt ask for one. The bathroom didnt accomodate my walker. So hisband had to help again.
