Great location, easy to access all areas of the city either on foot or using the public transport system. Room was clean and tidy, however it was located in the basement which fronted the main road. Access to the room was right next to the breakfast area. It was called a deluxe room. Unfortunately that was not an accurate description at all. Two single b ds pushed together with a mattress topper finishing off the ensemble. Evertime we left the room we would literally bump into someone grabbing food. Not ideal at all.

Property was nice with many amenities. The room was very basic and a bit tight, but met all our needs. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our requests. Lots of younger students and visitors staying here which kept things feeling young and vibrant.

It was over all an ok experience, staff wasn’t very helpful and hotel was outdated. We could hear water being flushed/ going down a drain from the ceiling multiple times through out the day and night. Over all ok in decent area.

"The only downfall of this stay was the air conditioning switching itself off through the night. Front desk staff did their best with the central climate control system but could never get it working properly. They have advised maintenance. Otherwise the room was comfortable and well lit.
