「very close to everything and in a safe and hospitable location」

「This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...

「Everything is text communication that takes time. We couldn't find the entry door because it in a restaurant. The parking is very expensive $45 and is 2 blocks away. Make sure you have a small car. No room for a truck. No ice maker etc what you would be used to in a hotel.」

「Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay and would not return or recommend this property. The location was excellent and check-in was smooth, but the cleanliness and maintenance were major concerns. There were ants throughout the kitchen/living area, we had to kill more than a dozen bugs during our stay, and there were spiderwebs, dust, and a general level of grime throughout the apartment. The bathrooms had hair in the shower, stained towels, and one was missing soap. There was...

「Excellent location. No lift to the second floor so unsuitable for elderly visitors with heavy suitcases. Nicely furnished and decent bathroom. Problem with TV remote was reported to our host but not dealt with. Would still recommend to others as overall we had a very good experience staying there.」
