"Very comfortable bed and room was spacious. The courtyard was a lovely place to sit and chat with other travellers. Bbqs were available, although we did not use them. The included breakfast was basic, but good. Only 1 drink offered though, so either a coffee or a juice, not both, or at an extra cost. I would recommend Wells Gray to my friends and family"

"Staff was great! The beds were not super hard which is a nice change! I could actually sleep! The water treatment was not working. The pancake machine was broken again. The breakfast was very limited. They did run out of fruit on Friday and did not replace it when we left on the Sunday. The elevator was working so that was great since we were on the 3rd floor."

"The rooms are clean, you can see where some Reno’s have been done, you can see there building more to property and yes they have private lake access to the right side of the hotel. They do have bears in area but that comes with every small town and some city in bc. The staff warns you right away about bear sighting on property, especially if you have kids which is amazing! They have nespresso machine in the family kitchenette rooms and full size apartment fridge with freezer. The only thing was staff warned me of for room 214 that the stove top counter on one element didn’t work so they had a hot plate in case which wasn’t a need for us but handy for others. For been what I am assuming family ran in a small town they are doing a great job!"

"Friendly staff, spotlessly clean hotel, our family suite was extremely spacious and easily accommodated our grown up family and all our luggage without feeling like we were falling over each other or our cases."

"Great place to stay, spacious rooms with a kitchenette with a microwave, hob and fridge should you want to eat in. Two big double beds and a good size bathroom. Recently refurbished so everything was very new and very clean. Breakfast is in the reception area and a good choice of cereal, yoghurt, bagels, bread, muffins, waffles and more. Tea, coffee and juice also. The staff were very welcoming and our room was ready when we arrived. I would highly recommend this place whether you’re passing through, as we were, or staying a few nights, theres restaurants close by, the Hop N Hog Steakhouse is a definite go to for a fantastic meal and a great supermarket across the road so everything is on your doorstep if you stay here. Thanks for making our visit enjoyable."
