"Rooms were clean, check in was good. Had a bad stay as a result of other guess up till 3am parting loudly in the room next to ours. Expressed our concerns to the front desk but nothing was resolved. I think this hotel is aging quickly and needs up grades. The walls are paper thin and you can hear even the softer noises at night. When people feel they can party all night it is quit overwhelming. "

"Oh where to begin. The first morning my coffee maker didn't work. Someone came up to replace it and the second one didn't work. He brought the third one, a different kind, and because he spoke no english, although he was a lovely gentleman, he couldn't explain how to use it. I finally got it to work on the second morning, although it wasn't very good. On my last full day, I came back after a long emotional event and asked whether there would be any food available for dinner because the dining room was closed. I was told the roof top bar would have some appies. They didn't - only chips and dip or nuts or pretzels. They had no idea that the front of house staff had said they would have food. So I had chips and dip for dinner. I really didn't want to leave the hotel. Not very impressed at all! The room was large and lovely, though. And the staff was good. But I would never stay there again!"

"Parking was safe and easy - although check-in attendant forgot to give me a parking pass so a bit of a kerfuffle. Hot tub jets weren’t working but otherwise a fantastic stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful:"

"Stayed here four nights with teenagers. The 2nd bedroom with their own bathroom was amazing to have. Staff was great, very clean, kitchen had everything we needed and has a dishwasher. Will use again. "
