Dear Guest, Thank you for your 4/5 rating mentioning our fantastic downtown location and spacious suites with kitchens! The sofabed mattresses are not nearly as thick as our regular pillow-top mattresses and will not be as comfortable. In future, you may wish to reserve a two-bedroom suite as some have up to three pillow-top mattresses. It would be a pleasure to host you again in future! Dear Jamie, Thank you for your rating and I’m disappointed that you did not enjoy your stay. Unfortunately, when the students came back to the hotel to retrieve their luggage, many of them had lost their luggage tickets, which allows our team to ensure the luggage is returned to the rightful owner. Our Front Desk Team was trying to assist them by asking questions about their luggage/bags (i.e. colour, items) and some of the students began to call our Front Desk Agents racist which was very unfortunate.

Dear Amelie, The hot tub has been removed from our website as we need to replace the jets of the hot tub, and given that the plumbing of these jets run along the interior of the pool structure – it is a very significant job. The parking fee in this garage is actually on par with other downtown hotel parking facilities. Should you not wish to park in this garage in future, please do let the Front Desk Agents know and they will re-direct you to other nearby parking facilities (i.e. Rideau Centre).
