「Property was clean. My daughter was getting married so we were all at this hotel. No room blocks were allowed. A lot of reserved rooms were not available. My daughter got the stress of reserving a double to share with bridesmaids only to be told she could only get a king
She had the double reserved for allost a year. She showed proof that she reserved a double and was told she was out of luck. The manager came by her room later with snacks and water but I'm not sure how that was helpful.
