"優點 • 溫泉設施： 設備與整體環境無可挑剔，泡湯體驗極佳。 缺點 • 客房衛生嚴重缺失： 房務打掃極度不完善。入住時發現浴室、廁所、洗手台及地板皆殘留大量前一位客人的毛髮，令人感到極度不適，飯店基本的衛生把關出現嚴重漏洞。 • 公共設備不足： 附設的按摩椅數量過少，無法負荷客流量，導致使用時需耗時等待，影響放鬆體驗。 此飯店的溫泉硬體設施絕對具備競爭力。對於住宿衛生條件要求較高的旅客，建議訂房前再三評估；若決定前往，務必於入住當下立即檢查客房各角落，若有異狀直接要求房務人員重新清掃。"

The 4 nights we stayed is bombarded byHeavy noise and shaking of ceiling ( upper floor maybe be occupied by an elephant ? ) especially at night and early morning. 2 The bath room and toilet is embarrassingly small and out of date, plus the buzzard outburst of dripping faucet … 3. Amenities are in adequate, tiny TV … etc. 4. 2 positive remarks: for one, it’s air-conditioning is nice and quite, second, the hotel shuttle bus service 5. No common facility at all ( no Gym, no Onsen,Pool not open ) the entire hotel & its rooms are way past due for needed updating improvements. 6. Staying guests has their F& B limited to what’s available at the hotel, hardly anything else "
