「Un cauchemar. Isolé à 35 minutes de toute civilisation après un dédale de routes défoncées à 900m d’altitude Personnel agressif nous traitant de voleur car ne savent pas vérifier qu’une réservation est prépayée et nous demande un règlement indu. Violence pour tenter de nous mettre dehors de la chambre après le dîner . Viande avariée au restaurant. Ne prenne ni la carte bancaire ni les virements… Chambre relativement propre mais un lieu pour sûr à fuir! Ma pire expérience de voyageur...

「Ho apprezzato molto il personale, sia alla reception (in particolare un plauso alla ragazza del pomeriggio per la cordialità) che al ristorante. Veramente una camera spaziosa e confortevole. Unica pecca la doccia senza la chiusura: ad ogni doccia si inondava il bagno. Per il resto, un albergo perfetto e in ottima posizione」

「Nice Hotel in the heart of the old town of Berat. Near the castle, but an uphill walk for all of it. Lots of nearby restaurants. The staff was very friendly.」

「The hotel was perfectly situated for visiting Barat. Very comfortable room, very modern and exceptionally clean. Plenty of parking and wonderful breakfast spread. But the thing that we appreciated the most was how friendly and attentive the hotel staff are. We had to deal with a medical emergency during our stay and the staff went out of their way to assist us. All the staff that we dealt with were excellent however we really need to call out Martinela at reception and Luli in housekeeping...

「Lovely helpful host who came to meet us when we got lost! Walkable from beach, restaurants and bars. Lovely lively area but also quiet once you’re in the apartment. We shared the triple room and it was perfect for what we wanted. Lovely spacious balcony also 」

「Lovely lady on reception was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us especially when our transport for an excursion didn’t turn up. She helped us contact them and sorted it out. Very friendly. The rooms were very clean. Had a lovely view of the pool.」

「No parking, again it is a Expedia disease, to lie and exaggerate about their listings . Fed up of “only one room left “ No elevator, no receptionist on arrival. Useless if you have a vehicle; are elderly; or disabled. The view from the breakfast room is amazing. No coffee at breakfast , it comes from next door. Location is very good」
