"Excellent staff"

"What a fantastic hotel. This is a newly built hotel within the past 5 years. Eveyrthing look brand new. This is a very busy hotel but everything was top notch. We didn't plan for dinner here but it was fantastic. All the staff were great. Its also great if you are travleing by train, the station is literally foot steps away from the hotel. 10/10!"

"Really enjoyed my hotel stay, when you walk in the lobby smells lovely and the staff are welcoming! I was very happy with my room and the onsen. Staff were also helpful when I was looking for tour recommendations for fishing. I learned currently not the season, but I’ll be back!"

"Very nice little studio with everything you need for a great stay! Kitchenette, with all kitchen utensils, microwave, washer and drier. Very clean and modern!"

"Room was excellent in size and cleanliness. Staff was also very courteous and helpful most of the time. The dining room staff was outstanding. The one major faux pas was that my misplaced her walking cane somewhere in the hotel during our initial check in. We were staying for four nights but the cane was not found. However, two days later, we received an email indicating they had located the cane. The message did not indicate where the item was located but we were leaving Japan in two days so that notification was of no consequence. I tried to respond to their message but was not able to do so in English, although the message from the hotel was written in both Japanese and English. "

"We were a bit unsure of this hotel but we’re glad we stayed. It was a hostel that is now a hotel, so our room was quite large, set up with a kitchen, and would be perfect for a family. The bathroom was clean and new and it was all very comfortable. Not to mention complimentary sake and beer! It is across the street from Takayama station, so very convenient, yet on a street that isn’t busy. "

"The room was gorgeous and spacious and the entire property was spotless. The happy hour with free coffee/tea and other non-alcoholic drinks was a nice touch. I didn't personally get the breakfast but my parents loved it. "
