Hotel is walking distance to transport facilities like Karashimacho Tram Station and Sakuramachi Bus Terminal. The shopping arcade which has food and convenience stores are also within walking distance.
However, despite the easy access to transport and shopping, the rooms seems to be generally a bit tighter. Hope that they can improve on the acknowledgement portion because they did not respond initially when I use contact property on Expedia. It was only after sending an email to Expedia which I then have the confirmation acknowledgement.

Many good restaurants, convenient stores and shopping easily accessible. Beds were very comfortable.
Another towel rack in the bathroom would be nice to have.
