"The room was clean enough but the bathtub wasn’t clean. There was “green” around the drain. They didn’t clean the room while we were there. The staff was excellent. We had a great time down stairs in the bar and dining room. Thenbartender and waitresses were very friendly and attentive. "

"Rooms were very clean and beds quite comfortable. That said, it was laid out like a Red Roof Inn, in that you entered your room from an outside walkway. Also, they were very basic rooms, but had very nice views of the river and Boldt Castle."

The fresh brew grind coffee is ideal but takes time to brew each cup. unfortunately the elevator and pool were out of commission. we stayed on the first floor so the out of service elevator did not concern us. I The room was a good size. I was happy with the place and would stay there again."

"We had a very pleasant 4 night stay while visiting my son and family. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. The free breakfast was the usual fare but good (real eggs, pastries/muffins, bagels, waffles, cereal, yogurt etc). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here next visit to Watertown!"
