"The area was great and hotel were very characterful, especially the lobby area which was delightfully heritage in it's design and appearance. The room was a great size and was very comfortable with a great view and original styled wooden shutters. The room was however very cold at times, the heating was not adequate for a room of that size. The room could also do with some upgrades such as a fridge and/or a safe. I would have preferred the rooms to feel more like the downstairs in terms of character, rather than just white walls. Would have been lovely to have a wooden floor in the room. The bathroom could also be updated to include a shower curtain or a larger shower area to aid in containing water. There were building works going on while we were there so don't know if updates are being made. Staff were very friendly and pleasant, was a really lovely stay."

"Careful: Front desk will try to trick you and charge you more The area is breath-taking, the weather was awesome. Breakfast was good, and the staff there were nice people Front desk person was not nice: the front desk person tried to take money from us without due right. We requested a late checkout, and he checked with the manager and told us that we have until 1pm, and if we stay 1 minute longer we would have to pay 20 Euros per room (we had 5 rooms), and we were down 12:45pm to make sure we do not exceed the allowed time, and then he requested 20 Euros per room because we stayed beyond 12pm (the original checkout time). When we told him that he allowed us to stay until 1pm, he lied and said that I told you this was for a charge, when we insisted, he said, I have cameras monitoring the lobby and everything is recorded, and when we insisted to see the video to prove that he told us that we will be charged for the the extra hour, he just said: never mind, I will just not charge you."

"The team at Pupa Winery is exceptional! We stayed with them for 5 days and boy, were we lucky. A vineyard and winery tour with tasting is included in the price and what a blast! We had so much fun, we stayed on and had a beautiful dinner and made friends. The owners and the team are warm and friendly. Breakfast was traditional Berati with a spread of fresh fruits, vegetables, olives, cheeses and even petula made to order! If I have to complain, the WiFi is weak in the room but it’s so easy to just use mobile data - no issue with connection at all. "

"Lovely helpful host who came to meet us when we got lost! Walkable from beach, restaurants and bars. Lovely lively area but also quiet once you’re in the apartment. We shared the triple room and it was perfect for what we wanted. Lovely spacious balcony also "
