"We absolutely fell in love with this place! Bungalows were impeccably clean, small but space effective. With three kids we appreciated having two bathrooms. "We loved the rooftop suite deck. There was no living room or kitchen but the morning breakfast was phenomenal and the place was very clean and safe. The staff was outstanding!!! Proximity to bars, restaurants and grocery was great. "

"Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!"

"The hotel is ideally located a short distance to Split Riva and nearby beach. There are many options of restaurants in the neighborhood. The breakfast is great with many options. What I really liked is that if you have an evening departure like we did, the hotel allows you to check out on time but give you a pass to use the facilities such as the pool and wellness center. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. All the staff are courteous and helpful. The reception staff even tried to help me with my transportation when it was delayed. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel was perfectly located to the Old Town, we were able to walk to all the places we needed to go, as tourists. The property is very well maintained, our room was the perfect size for our stay, the rooftop pool was the perfect place after a long day of walking in the summer heat. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend staying here."
