"Clean and tidy with lovely staff. Lots of building work around the hotel so not the best view of the bus station and a building site from our room however the city centre is very walkable and the hotel is VERY central "

"This hotel was so great. The staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, kind. The property was clean and safe. Our room was fantastic; we had a suite, and the size was so luxurious! The shower wasn't great; very small and water got everywhere no matter what we did. But that's seriously my only critique. Everything else about this place was great. I would totally stay here again if I were in Oslo."

"We had booked and paid in full 6 months in advance and were told a few days prior our booking that the amenities (pool, sauna, steam room and parts of the gym) were closed for refurbishment. Not only the hotel did not answer our messages regarding a potential compensation or partial refund, they could only gave us a room upgrade when checking- in a reception. Although we appreciated the gesture, it was a small compensation considering we specifically booked the hotel for the amenities and were only told about the closure 3 days prior.... That being said, they have, by far, the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen and the staff was very friendly."

"Great location. So many places to eat at train station. Now phone in the room. Had to go down to the front desk to ask for more pillows. Good brrakfast. I am picky, and it had a variety so something for everyone. We had a really large room but looked in some other rooms, and they seemed quite small. Only complaint was there was very little furniture and very tiny tables next to the bed. We in the US are use to having more surfaces to put things and somewhere to elevate your suitcase. No drawers also. It would have been a pain if we were there for more than one night."
