"We had a fabulous stay. We loved our private onsen on the first floor, it was surrounded by rocks and very serene. The dinner and breakfast were also fabulous. We were a bit nervous with our 11 year old who can be a picky eater, but they provided a children’s menu for the main dinner, while allowing her to try a few things from the adult dinner. This was one of the highlights of our trip!"

"Onsen on site and great buffet! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms were great and recommend if looking to stay in the area. There are not many food options close by but we stayed here after our day tour for Mt Fuji. Highly recommend."

"Very spacious and clean mobile home. Had everything you could need. Definitely recommend for anyone staying!! Location is very good, just bear in mind it’s right behind the station tracks but trains stop around 10/11pm. Also would be good if the bedroom had a sliding door. "

"If you bring a car there is a parking spot. We used Uber and the train which was no issue. There are restaurants near by. The house is very spacious, clean, with great heating! Lots of space! It was close enough to Fuji-Q Highlands at a good price! Great for me and my family! "

"We LOVED our experience here. We booked the ryokan experience which includes dinner and private onsen in our room. We had booked a western room with comfy western beds. The dinner was fabulous but it wasn’t clear that it’s served in your room. We would have preferred either a group setting or a more traditional table setting (the western room has a table and chairs). The in-room onsen was a real treat, but the property’s onsen was also impressive. We didbthe larger one at night, and then the rooftop one alternates between males and females so we did it in the morning. There is a drum show at night in the lobby which was fun. Also the souvenir shop was stocked well. We had a great time!"

"Beside the building is aged, but everything else is awesome. You get to experience how public bath work in Japan. Breakfast is good as well. Stuff dont speak English but they have translation app all handy. If you wake up at early morning, you get to experience Fuji mountain right out from your room.
