"The facility is adequate with a working elevator, clean and well-appointed lobby, nicely decorated interior, and average rooms. There was no air conditioning and it was getting hot in Osh. We had requested an early arrival and reserved and paid for a junior suite, but none was available when we arrived. We were given another room temporarily and told we could move into the junior suite later in the day. However, no suite became available. We were told that it would the next day, but again the...
