"Dirty room. Carpet very stained up and left my feet sticky and gross. Ran out of toilet paper a couple of times in the middle of the night. Toilet plugged in the middle of the night and waited for a plunger until noon the next day. No elevator, so going up two flights of stairs to get to your room with a bunch of luggage, stroller, car seat, or baby made it very challenging. No automatic doors either, so the heavy doors slam on you as you’re trying to get in the door with your luggage and baby. Pool had green algae on the flooring and stairs. No pool towels available on the weekend. Pricey for what you get, but it is convenient for the location."

"It was a treat to have a room facing the river. So relaxing to enjoy a river view from our own balcony and set of rocking chairs! Room was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

"The staff was very helpful when asked for help. We were there 3 nights. We had to ask for towels for 2 people. The trash was never emptied or the room cleaned."

"Check in was smooth and easy. Continental breakfast Saturday and Sunday was satisfying... bagels, muffins, toast, juices, coffee, cereal, fruit, yogurt. Nice variety. The rooms were clean, but the comforter had holes in it and questionable yellow stains. Little bit of an odd smell in the hallways. It is a dog friendly hotel though. Pillows were comfy. Housekeeping was very pleasant. Parking was good. Air conditioning worked Really well."

"The rooftop restaurant and bar is fabulous. The hotel is clean but very dated. They only provide daily cleaning if you request services. You have to hang a notice on the outside of your door with the things that you would like done checked off, like your ordering lunch at a hospital lol. The day I was going to check out however , they were banging on my door at 9:30. I was very annoyed. I told them I was still there packing up. Then they came and banged on the door again at 11! I couldn't believe it. That's the only hotel I've ever stayed at that did that. They also have water available for your room, but it's a dollar a bottle. But for the price, its a good place to stay if you're visiting WBL."
