This is a good centrally located mid-range option in Osaka. It's a good option for twin beds, which we needed as we were two sisters traveling -- this can be hard to find in Japan and the rooms are often tiny, but this property had acceptably-sized rooms. (A little small by Western standards but roomy by Japanese standards). The double twin room included a small desk area and chair, which is a luxury in often tiny Japanese rooms. Charging stations and reading lights were helpfully installed by each bed, which I appreciate as some hotels only give charging options on one side.
Although the immediate neighborhood is kind of office building-y with a corporate vibe, it's walkable to Shinsaibashi and just 1-2 stops from most major transit centers (Namba, Umeda, Yodoyabashi). The hotel itself is clean and well-serviced with good housekeeping and all necessary amenities (tea, instant coffee, good shower, toiletries, even pajamas, lots of pilllows and warm comforters). The included breakfast is pretty good for a hotel, with options for everyone and real (not instant) coffee. I do wish the breakfast would open at 6am, not 7am. We had to skip it on the last day to catch our flight, and 6am is not a crazy time to start offering breakfast. The line gets very long after 9am, so be warned that if you're a late riser, you might be standing in line for awhile.
I also wish the curtains included a blackout option; we could only see gauze curtains which don't keep out urban light.
