Had a great stay, the room was great. The area was conveniently located. My room was very clean. Everything was working fine. My main issue was that my service was poor because I had issues activating my SIM card and I got laughed at by 3 of the staff members for my mistake. Unfortunately, I was not concerned about getting their names. They tried their best to help me, and I wouldn't have been upset if they just did it with a smile, instead of laughing because it wasn't funny to me. I contacted them about the issue afterward because I didn't feel comfortable to come to the front desk again after my check-in. Also, I never got an apology for their unprofessional behavior contacting them afterward. Also, my small suggestion would be to have an English native check the mistakes on the signs and instructions because there were some grammar issues that can be confusing for English speakers.
