Very helpful workers and tried their best answering our question, we got our luggage transferred to another hotel successfully and would recommend this hotel as it is near almost everything !

This hotel has a franchise chain of Crystal I, Crystal II & Crystal III. I would say this, the service is good, the hotel room is typical Japanese small size but doable, the lobby is clean and organized, the room is clean and organized. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel is safe and quiet in the residential area, which is nice. There is FREE wif-fi and they will store your luggage if you hire luggage delivery to have your luggage arrive before you arrive. ONLY drawback though, despite, it's still walkable, it's 18 min walk from the nearest subway station and 15 mins away from the busy famous Dotonbori. It's ok but next time I prefer something closer to the action coz when it rains, it's hard to walk even just for 15 mins. Other than that, this hotel is clean, comfy & definitely a good price for good value.

My stay here was very enjoyable and relaxed. From check in to check out, the customer service of the clerks were extremely friendly and professional, they always greet me when I enter and leave the hotel. Also, front desk clerk Taniwaki helped me with sending my luggage to my next hotel and was very patient and kind. 5 star customer service for sure! The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, but all the amenities were provided and the cleanliness was good. Room service will not clean your room unless you ask them to if you are staying for a few days. The wifi is specific to your room, so while it was fast and reliable in the hotel room, it wasn’t usable in the lobby. There were two things that, while I was completely fine with, may be issues for other people. First, the location is at least 15 minute walk from the nearest subway station. So while it was quiet and relaxing at the hotel, there is a substantial walk to go anywhere. However, the proximity of the family mart and a local bakery makes up for it. Second, they have a smoking patio that opens up right to the dining area of the lobby. If you enjoy getting takeout food and eating it in the dining area, the smell of cigarette smoke can be over powering. Other than these two points, everything else was amazing for the price. Shout out again to the friendly customer service, and I would stay here again on my next trip back to Osaka.

When we first got to Osaka we got a taxi to the hotel. .super expensive, once we became familiar with our surrounding and found the stations, so easy to get around. Doutonbori is fab lots of restaurants and bars and a lot closer than we initially thought.

The hotel itself is fantastic but the location is a bit far from dotobori. I was expecting about a 10minute walk but it's about 25-30m walk

Little Gem for reasonable price
Was able to drop my luggage early into hotel for safe keeping as checkin was 1pm. The reception staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is about 10 minute walk to Dotonbori Street, but there is plenty to eat, drink in the area. The rooms are tiny but we manage. If you want a clean, safe place to just put your head down this is the place for you.

빈대 관리를 하시길 바라겠습니다.
다른건 다 괜찮았는데 제가 썻던 침대만 빈대가 있던거 같습니다. 처음에는 빈대가 아닌줄 알았지만 귀국해서 발부터 목까지 물렸기에 빈대가 맞았습니다.

4박 일정 후기입니다.
딸과 함께 둘이 4박5일 일정으로 갔구요.. 4박을 한숙소에 머물렀네요.. 도톤보리도 걸어서 10분이내, 난바시티 도보 30분이내... 나름 만족했습니다. 1층 로비에 상주하는 직원들이 있었고 한국인 직원은 못만났지만 일본인 직원이 구글로 번역해서 얘기도 해줬네요.. 4일동안 호텔을 드나들었지만 얼굴은 전혀 기억하지 못하더라고요...ㅎㅎㅎ 숙소는 싱글침대 2개와 캐리어 놓을정도이고 물 잘 나오고 에어컨 잘나오고 좋았습니다. 다만 냉장고가 음료 6병 들어가면 꽉차서 편의점 음식들을 넣을 공간이 없어서 그게 제일 불편했네요.. 하긴.. 냉장고가 커져도 놓을 공간이 없다는게 함정이네요.... 청소요청을 하지 않은 날은 쓰레기 담아서 프론트 직원드리면 치워주시기도 했고 조식당 옆에 쓰레기통 있어서 거기에 버리기도 했네요. 수건과 물은 프론트에 달라고 요청하면 방호수 확인하고 주셔서 불편함은 없었습니다. 아무튼... 편하게 잘 있다 왔습니다.

I think it is a cost-effective accommodation close to Dotonbori. It's just not that accessible to transportation I also recommend taking a taxi for group guests. The condition of the room was very satisfactory. Room cleaning service is also provided for clean and consecutive nights. However, breakfast tasted a little expensive.
