"Parking was ok, there was a bug in the room and not enough towels or washcloths."

"Water damage to walls in bathroom, floor lamp had broken shade, clock could not be reset to time, no soap, and there was a smoke detector in laundry room that was beeping low battery but was actually hard wired in and heat/air unit in breakfast area had "fried" the 220 outlet. Breakfast was OK."

"The staff was very helpful and polite. Parking and check-in was easy. Had a great view of the lake. Close to fast food and Pizza!"

"Check in was horrible. The young girl was very rude. She was outside somewhere originally. When I walked in no one was at the counter and I just waited there thinking someone was possibly in the back or helping someone. Once she walked inside she walked behind me and around the corner to the counter and I said hello. She never greeted me. In fact minutes go by and she said “you say something?” I said, I said hello. She said oh and sat down. A few more minutes go by and she said do you need something. She was rude and unprofessional the entire time she checked me. She was sarcastic and said oh I didn’t know if you were here for groceries. Being that it was 10pm and we were exhausted I did not escalate the situation and because she looked like a child, maybe 18. However, that’s no excuse to tolerate this behavior as a company and she should be properly trained if she’s going to be in hospitality. Everyone else was good. The person at the front the next day was pleasant and the room keepers were very nice. Breakfast could’ve been warmer but that’s not a huge deal. I can obviously see this young lady was a fluke however she put a very bad taste in my mouth for holiday express and I don’t think we’ll choose them again. "

"Overall, the room was a great experience. Wonderful view over the lake. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. Washer and dryer is also available for use inside the unit. The only complaint I had is that WiFi was not included in the stay and normal rate is $50 for 10 nights and three devices. Thankfully l"

"Old property but clean. My son could not play his video game on tv for some reason and both pools closed but other than those small complaints my families stay was solid. Good coffee too."
