A lot of work needs done, inside and outside. Damn near tripped over some high spots on hallway carpet as its lifting off the subfloor. Security guys are really professional. Curtains were broken and didn’t close all the way. TV remote did not work Bathroom shower curtained was very stained up Bathroom exhaust fan cover very dirty Hallways smelled terrible of cigarettes and weed.
