「Grat location, Ocean view, 10th floor had great views,condo was perfect,beautiful decorated, spacious,complete kitchen,comfortable beds ,great communication with Kimberly the guest connection from Evolve, i will definitely be coming back.
Only downside was parking lot had a smell of Urine right in front of the property and it was very dirty .」

「The room is heavy clean however there was one very strange individual hanging around at the lobby area. I've never had a stranger make me feel so uncomfortable. Not sure why he was hanging around all night for the two nights that I was there.」

「Great view of ocean, stay here every time I come to New Smyrna. Unfortunately it’s great location for a corporate hotel more concerned with rates and what you owe vs. coustmer service. This year they have decided to charge you for parking (big sign at check in) and forgot to tell u ice machine is out on your floor and where to get it!」
