"We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers. "The welcome was exemplary, very friendly and helpful (even happily supplying a spare UK/EU adapter as mine was left in a Budapest cafe that day!) Everything else exactly as was needed for a very pleasant stay in a wonderful city."
