「I don't know where to start on my feeling regarding this location. It's very hard to locate the property. There is no place to park and unload your things. It took us over 2 hours to locate and once we did I opened the email they sent with instructions on how to open the entry and our room. Neither worked so we called management who was off site standing in the cold. She was very rude and unhelpful and hung up on me. We never got in the hotel and had to find other accommodations for the...

「Very nice hotel and wonderful staff」

「The hotel location was wonderful, right in the heart of the ancient city, walkable to all sites. The tourism office has a wonderful self- guided walking tour for $9E and they are just two blocks away. The superior room was a nice size, anecdotes in the room were good. They did not have ice or wine glasses at the hotel to use. Staff was pleasant.」

「Good service and clean room」

「C'est étonnant de se retrouver dans un hôtel sans personnel mais les chambres sont parfaitement propres et très confortables.」

「We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The transportation was very convenient, including trams and trains. Don't take the breakfast in this hotel, too expensive (9 Euros), there are lots of choices just outside the hotel (1.9 Euro for Cafe Croissant!). The rooms were clean, but very, very small! The elevator was also quite small, only 3 persons could fit into it. The counter was very friendly and helpful. The wireless internet was fine and strong. Our friend's twin-bed room did not have any A/C! That...

「Extraordinary location. Everything is beautiful and well thought of. Crazy beautiful art pieces in every room and super gentle cool and kind stuff. The restaurant Le Daniel is extraordinary. Service and food. Should be at least Michelin recommended.」

「The hotel was conveniently located, our room was clean and the staff pleasant, but the property looks quite tired. We opted for a queen room and were surprised at the size of the room. We weren’t expecting anything palatial, but this was beyond small for two people with each a suitcase. We had to shuffle around each other to enter the room with our suitcases, and once in the room had to do some creative manoeuvring to fit our two suitcases in a way that would not block our way. There was also no...

「Lobby, bar and restaurant has had a recent makeover, which is really good, bedrooms definitely in need of an upgrade. All the staff were very friendly」

「It had a bed. The TV was smaller than what was advertised. It did not give hotel or suite but student housing. Needs updating. I didn’t see any bug so that was good.」
