Hôtel très bien placé surtout si vous allez à un spectacle. Vous êtes entre 15 à 20 minutes à pied. Merci au personnel pour l’accueil.

Globalement, la chambre était très agréable. Manque peut-être un petit peu d’accessoirisassions par exemple, comme des cotons ou des cotons-tiges. Par contre, l’expérience au petit déjeuner a été catastrophique, nous avions remarqué l’heure du petit déjeuner à 11h dans un dépliant posé dans la chambre. Et quand nous sommes arrivés à 10h05 nous avons été froidement accueillis par une dame qui s’occupait du petit déjeuner et qui nous a dit qu’il n’était plus possible de déjeuner car celui ci était fermé. Heureusement la dame de la réception a reconnu l’erreur et nous a permis de prendre un petit déjeuner de façon très rapide. Il n’est pas tolérable dans ce genre d’établissement d’avoir ce genre de comportement. Je l’ai signalé à la réception en partant, mais aucun geste commercial a été fait ou autre. Je suis cliente très habituel des hôtels Best western et c’est la première fois que je reçois ce traitement.

Les prestations ne m'ont pas paru à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. Chambre très "fraiche" et dotée d’une climatisation ( version chaud) difficile à régler. Pas de peignoir, ni chausson dans les chambres, pas plus que de chauffe serviette dans la salle de bain. La VMC était très bruyante et a dû être réparée après une 1ere nuit blanche. Le ménage n’a pas été quotidien et j’ai retrouvé un soir ma chambre dans l’état où je l’avais laissé le matin. Pas de tonalité dans le téléphone quand j’ai essayé de joindre la réception. Pas de service de ménage le soir pour corriger « l’oubli », seulement un réceptionniste qui a bien voulu signaler par téléphone l’incident à la responsable des chambres, et dont il m’a assuré de la présence le lendemain à mon check out (j’avais précisé l’heure)…mais à l’heure dite… il n’y avait personne …à part un autre client qui partait tout comme moi et à qui il était arrivé, semble-t-il, la même mésaventure …
