Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
Staff great, amenities very good. Rooms were clean. Surprised no one helped us with luggage to the room. Bus service to Epic Universe was very slow and inconsistent. The parks were amazing!

Staff wasn't very welcoming. Room was ok, but water pressure in the shower was terrible. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was out of order. Basic breakfast options.
