At check in I was asked to pay resort fees which was not stated anywhere on my Expedia booking. I book often and I’m aware of fees, but it was not on there. Expedia refunded me after being on hold at the desk for over one hour.
Room w 2 beds is very small and it shares a vestibule with another room that is very loud.
Rooms only get cleaned if staying 2 weeks or more. Had to drive to the closest pool to me as I was put at the furthest corner of the resort.
Had to call ti get the heat fixed. Flashing messages on the phone w no info on the phone to get the message.
I stay every month and prefer the Wyndham cypress resort over this resort. More room for same price
