What I liked:
-Pool is great; specious house; safe and quiet neighborhood
What I didn't like:
-Upon walking in the house had a stale/old smell to it - ok fine, we aired it out, and it was ok. It was not properly clean; we didn't even turn on any of the ceiling fans as there was so much visible dust on them; walls are stained; furniture is stained; curtains are stained; visible dust on house decor; visible dust and dirt in corners; carpet looks like it needs to be replaced (very much looks stained and dirty); upon arrival we noticed the garbage bins outside of the house were overflowing. According to the garbage rules, there was not to be any extra bags of the garbage when it is brought onto the curb, only what can fit in the garbage bins - there was nowhere to put our garbage in. We contacted the host/property management several times until someone showed up and literally took out garbage from 1/3 of the bin, which was enough for us to put in our garbage. In the backyard area, garbage was not emptied, and there were dirty, broken, old pool toys which we ended up disposing of. At one point we noticed these little maggots all over the kitchen floor - we noticed they were coming from underneath the fridge. We ended up pulling the fridge out and underneath it was so dirty, no wonder there were maggots. We got rid of them, but was not pleasant at all. Dishes (pots/pans) very old and in my opinion not enough for 8 people but I understand this is a vacation property so ok.
