We got more than we bargained for, which was a welcome surprise. The weather was chilly, which meant they wouldn’t turn on the pool heat - which sucked and kind of defeated the purpose of the pool. Other than that it was perfect

I rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house had enough space and the pool was great - plenty of pool toys and lounge chairs. Decor and appliances are dated but functional. I would suggest that any renter check out the house before going to the grocery store. You need to buy your own dish soap, more toilet paper, etc. Management was responsive when I reached out.

Garage/laundry had a very strong odor due to the washer malfunctioning prior to our arrival (the washer and dryer were replaced during our stay) Overall the home was nice but in need of upgrades. The screen surrounding the pool was ripped in many locations allowing insects to enter the pool area

La casa es muy bonita y la comunicación con Joyce fue muy buena . Un cosa a tener en cuenta es que cobran un impuesto adicional de 15 dólares aprox. Que no está explícitamente mencionado en la página . La casa queda aproximadamente a 30 min de los parques y es muy tranquila

I have to say from the 1st email to the last they stayed on point with everything no hidden fees or up charges there was everything u needed in the house rags pans pool toys beach towels no smells clean sheets And there’s 6 room spacious nothing wrong besides the back door was a little heavy to push lots of lights beds comfortable very nice set up My family was very pleased thank u so much

Very spacious 4 bedroom with Master suite on one side of house & the other 3 bedrooms on opposite side. Back bedroom suite had king with a bathroom (cute) & other 2 rooms had 2 twin beds and full bath separated rooms. Pool needs some work, resurfacing and the previous guest must have had a party out by the pool & there was food & party favors left by the table ( not nice). Garage has a pool table with full washer & dryer. Bring Lysol wipes though, housekeeping didn't do a good job. Otherwise it was very nice.

When we got there the place was not up to my standard of clean. It is covid nd it didnt look like the made even swept or mopped the floors. The floor was sticky and when you walk with socks they were black after. their wasn't any dish soap, paper towels, or sponges to clean with. The pool was so dirty and I called management they sent the pool guy and he only skimmed the top and put chlorine in, he didnt sweep the pool. Not to mention the outside pool area was covered in dirt. When I talked to management and told how dirty it was he said he walked through and it was clean. So I took pictures. Under the bed, It was absolutely filthy. It didnt look like it was every cleaned. As for the beds they were the most uncomfortable beds. The springs were noisy and jabbed you in back. They took cleaning deposit and it says refundable in their book so I hope I get mine back as I bought cleaning stuff and did the maids job. I still had a good time and the place was big. The management sent the pool man quick but he did not do a good job and he needs to fire the maid. NOT COVID STANDARDS AT ALL. I would not use again.

Amazing stay!

I really enjoyed my vacation. Parked my car in the driveway we sat in the car in awe, unloaded the car and opened the door. All I heard was awe man this is nice. Look at this, look at that. The house is located in a quiet area that gets the best sun rays outside on the pato. My favorite part of house is the big open kitchen with windows. It was beautifully decorative with spacious rooms and the beds were comfy. I liked the master bedroom with a door that opened to the outside patio. Flat screen wall mounted TV'S and ceiling fans in every room, I was in heaven. Everything was provided from bed, bath and beyond. Pretty cool game room too. There's plenty of convenience stores and shopping centers a couple miles down the road. I was on vacation and celebrating my birthday for 4 days in that house and I had an amazing stay. We cooked, we ate, we swam. I called Joyce at the office so much after my 4th call to her she answers the phone hello Andrea. I just smile and start talking grateful for her attention, her attitude, patience, understanding, professionalism, and her outstanding customer service. I find myself talking more about Joyce than my trip. She's a really nice lady that's always on point, very quick turnaround response time. I will definitely book through this company again.

Private pool home in Davenport, FL

The house was amazing. The kids were excited to see a pool table and air hockey table. Joyce was very friendly and accommodating. It had all the essentials and the private pool was the icing on the cake.

Terrible home nd terrible service

Terrible stay, pool was dirty and had to clean ourselves. Paid for a heated pool and was a 60 degree pool, which is terribly cold. Called to ask for refund for heat on pool and said I need pictures to prove it. Totally dissatisfied with the service. They, aslo, threatened to call the Sheriff's office on me. Never ever using them again.
