First thing we experienced was no shuttle from the airport. They say they have a shuttle but when we called was first hard to get a hold of. We had to call 3 times to see when someone was coming to pick us up. Each time they said 20 min. After 1:15 minutes we ended up finding a cab to take us. Check in once we got there was good. Room we had smelled a bit funny. When asked the maid if there was any air freshener she said no. Pool was nice and was heated. Here in March and was a bit cooler day so great for the kids. Nice food area and bar area. Would I come back. Probably not. Lots of options in the area and this place was very expensive at over &400 for what you get.

Excellent for my purpose.
Efficient, friendly, very helpful, staff at front desk. Easy peasy parking and overnight accommodations, minutes from Orlando International Airport. I will now stick with them whenever I need parking and hotel close to airport.
