nd quiet. Nobody bothering you the pool was amazing and heated the jacuzzi whew amazing lol. I will definitely book again when I visit. The view is also so nice in the backyard seeing the water. Option to even use the boat but I was scared of alligators lol so I stayed on shore. It’s an amazing quiet place. Even slept in a couple times due to the quietness and not knowing it was day time lol. Definitely an amazing birthday trip

The property is located along a strip of stores, so food and shopping are easily walkable, although I did choose to drive instead. A super Walmart is right down the road for anything you need, I bought groceries there for my stay. The front is unassuming, but the back of this place is wonderful! There is a large lake with pedal boats and you can also fish, the pool is lit up, heated, and has music playing, there’s tennis, basketball, and a little playground and sandbox for kids. The staff are super nice and friendly. The couch was a little dated, but in great condition, clean, and surprisingly comfortable for a pull-out queen size bed. The king size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, and the sliding glass doors in the bedroom led to the screened in porch, which overlooked the back of the property. It was lovely to start my day sitting there in the morning with the sun rising over the lake and watching the cranes and other birds, as well as rabbits and squirrels. It’s a main strip in the front of the property, so you will hear sirens if they are coming by, but otherwise it’s really surprisingly quiet. It’s also very close to animal kingdom and Epcot, and not far from Magic Kingdom.

Other than the strong smell of garbage, this was an extremely nice facility. There was a leakage issue in the vent when the ac was on, but I would definitely stay at this facility again.

We loved the lake view! Nice jet tub to relax after long park days. Easy parking. The bedroom bed was comfy, the furniture is definitely outdated and could use some updates.

We had 3 issues and they took care of 2 of them. The only one not done was replace the hallway smoke alarm battery, they didn't have a person to do it. The people staying above us, they made lots of noise at night time.

This property was great. A little outdated but great for the price and had all the amenities we were looking for. Nearby shopping and restaurants made it even better. Was inconvenient when needed extra towels since we had to take to the front in order to get new towels. But friendly staff very quiet and clean.

This property had everything you need but it is an aged resort that does not have a modern feel and look. I found desk and other service people to do a dissent job when you ask for something. I would not be thrilled but also not disappointed if I rent this place again.

The pictures of the resort doesnt do it justice. It is located right next to a lake. The grounds were well maintained. The staff provided great customer service. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved hanging out in back of hotel at the pool and by the lake. it is so peaceful and yet right near restaurants and Disney World. the rooms are big, and bed was comfy. nice having the kitchen and large refrigerator.

It was nice to have a 1 bedroom condo instead of just a hotel room. But this condo looks like it hasn’t been renovated in 30 years.

The only downfall is the one bed was not very comfortable and there are no food/bar options on property however there are plenty of restaurants and the Walmart in the area. Would definitely stay here again

We stayed at the deluxe condo for a week and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. This place is close to Disney attractions and other local amenities and is quiet, peaceful and backs out to a small lake. One advice - the sofa bed is nice by not practical for long stays, so plan accordingly.

Well kept property, and clean room. It was a great place to stay while we were in florida for 5 nights, loved the bathroom and jet bath tub. Also was quiet and felt like we were in our own apartment almost. We used the pool almost every day and enjoyed the small park with our kid. Overall if we visit this area again someday i would want to stay at the grand lake resort again! Great deal and has all that you need in my opinion.

The comforters have been removed due to the pandemic and are being deep cleaned to be returned for the summer months. We hope that you come and visit with us again!

The hotel had older furniture but was very impressed with upkeep and cleanliness. Had kitchen and sofa. Was very nice.
