The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The only real issue we had was there was mild sround the rim of our tub. I let the front desk know and they marked the complaint. I have also contacted the customer service line.

Pour commencer l'hôtel est en travaux c'est ce qu'on aurait aimé savoir avant de réserver, des gros travaux impliquant des coupures d'eau de 10h à 16h et un état très dégradé de celui-ci. Le spa est hors service et non sécurisé les parties communes très sales avec des gravats de chantier, de la peinture, de la poussière et des aller et venues d'ouvriers rendant les accès dangereux. Le petit déjeuner qui heureusement est gratuit ne comptez pas dessus la salle de déjeuner est aussi en travaux, si vous avez de la chance vous aurez de déposé dans le hall du café de l'eau chaude quelques muffins et des barres de céréales mais les horaires sont aléatoires. Pour ce qui est de la chambre nous avons dû demander à changer le réfrigérateur faisant un bruit horrible nous empêchant de dormir et la douche ne faisant qu'un filet d'eau, dans la deuxième le robinet de la cuisine fuyait et une des deux plaques de cuisine ne fonctionnait pas... Il y a une kitchenette dans le chambre mais à votre arrivée vous n'aurez aucune vaisselle ni ustensile vous devez en faire la demande et on vous donnera ce qu'il reste pour nous il a été impossible d'avoir un grill pain. Nous vous conseillons d'attendre la fin des travaux pour nous cet hôtel devrait être fermé jusqu'à la fin de ceux ci.

If I could give this place -10 stars, I would do it without hesitation. We arrived exhausted, just hoping to get some rest after a long trip, and what we found was a nightmare straight out of hell. From the moment we stepped in, the elevator looked like it belonged in a horror movie covered in cardboard like it was being used for construction debris. The stench of humidity and mold was so intense it literally took our breath away. The walls were cracked, stained, and falling apart. The lighting was so dim it felt like we were walking through a haunted house. The colors were depressing, the energy was heavy, and there was a straight up evil presence in the air. My family and I were genuinely scared to touch the bedsheets and with good reason because after just ONE night, I ended up with a fungal skin infection. Disgusting. Unacceptable. This wasn’t just a bad experience, this was a total health and safety nightmare. And to top it all off, when we were checking out, the girl at the front desk had the nerve to ask me to please leave a 5 star review. Yeah… right. 5 stars for what? For surviving the night? This place should be condemned. Stay away. Far, far away.

I didn't like how I booked the hotel using Expedia... Received a confirmation email saying my room was confirmed and then I show up at 10pm to check in after 11 hours of driving to be told there is no room available for me. If that was the case they should not have confirmed the room and it would have been nice if they used the phone number I provided to call and tell me so I could make alternate arrangements.

My daughter was bitten while we were there I told desk staff he refused to come check the bed for bugs said I’m short it’s just me working refused to give me clean sheets and got an attitude saying u can checkout if u don’t like it here I emailed corporate pictures of my daughters bitten stomach still no response the hot tub was broken with green slime mold in it breakfast was horrible coffee muffins only

Mold, bad smell, holes in the window screen preventing use, breakfast was a granola bar and a cup of juice. On the up side the size and floor plan of the double rooms were quite nice.
