Hotel was excellent. The daily hot breakfast was an extremely well added bonus even with the full kitchen option. Within a 10-15 walking distance there was options for food (many options from steakhouses, to Italian, to red robins and McDonald’s). We were able to walk over to a Walgreens (also a 10 min walk) for some basic necessities like sun lotion. The one somewhat drawback (and to no fault of the actual hotel) was the proximity to Icon park. This was an AMAZING point throughout the day as it gave walkable attractions to do (sky wheel/aquarium/arcade/wax museum), however, it was a little loud throughout the night and noticable noise at 1am on a Saturday. Overall, this would not stop me from rebooking at this hotel.

The hotel was fine, a clean comfortable room, an above average breakfast. The only bad is the parking, $25 dollars a night to self park or $30 to valet and it's at your own risk. There's a parking garage that's free to park from the fourth level to the top. In the morning when the lots are empty there is trash all over the lots, this is not the fault of the hotel as this is located at Icon park and people are slobs.

Property was in the middle of EVERYTHING. Walkable distance from Icon Park and next to amazing restaurants. Both Element Hotels have been amazing!

This hotel surpassed my expectations. There is a little store downstairs that makes it convenient when you run out of something to run downstairs instead of hopping in a car. The breakfast was great. The rooms are so nice and they are very clean. I appreciated how thoughtfully designed the rooms are. We would absolutely stay here again.

The first night checked in late and left back out came in around 3am to no toilet had to wait a hr for a solution after being told well.we dont have a person here to help you or fix that. I was moved to a different floor at that point on a different floor. Very inconvenient wasted money on a room that was next used in hindsight for a whole day

I came with my family for 3 days, bathroom was broken, no fresh towels on the second day. They dont Have housekeeping i see becuSe there was trash before we got there in out room. Beds dont get made. The breakfast very limited food by 9:15 they already cleaning when its suppose to be until 9:30 on weeksays. The next day i was there at 7 am not so many options. They had bagels but no cream cheese. I wouldnt stay here if they paid me
