The environment was fine, although it was quite far from Animal Kingdom, but the hotel service was poor. We checked in on Friday night and thought it was okay, so we planned to stay for another night. I tried to book an additional night through Expedia, thinking I was reserving for Saturday check-in and Sunday check-out. However, due to my mistake, I ended up booking Sunday check-in and Monday check-out. Our return flight was already scheduled for Sunday, so I immediately spoke with the manager downstairs. They told me to contact the third party (Expedia). I quickly reached out to Expedia, and they informed me that I could pay the difference (the $160 fee for Sunday night would be treated as a penalty) and change my reservation to Saturday check-in (with a new charge of $230). However, everyone kept shifting responsibility and insisted on charging the penalty fee (the entire cost of Sunday night as a penalty). I simply wanted to move the date one day earlier, not cancel the reservation, and I was willing to pay the price difference since Saturday was more expensive than Sunday, but they refused. The entire experience was very disappointing, and I am also dissatisfied with Expedia’s service. I would advise others to be extra cautious when booking to avoid a negative travel experience.We did not check in for that night, but the charge was still applied as usual.

The room was filthy. Upon arrival, found clothing tags on floor and stuck to the wall. The bathroom was disgusting with strands of hair left in the tub, toilet and sink area. Rust every where.. we had to wipe down the bathroom after complaining on night 1 ourselves because no housekeepingnis available on site after certain hours. On our last night we had to change rooms because we came back to find a puddle of watee that leaked from the broken fridge.

I woke up to roaches crawling on the wall. I took pictures, showed them to the front desk. I was told I would get a phone call from the manager and I haven’t yet! This is ridiculous. I need a refund! This place is terrible!

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Do Not Recommend Our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The property is very dirty, visibly poorly maintained, and has a strong, overwhelming smell of humidity throughout. Everything feels old, neglected, and in urgent need of proper cleaning and repairs. We were moved twice to different rooms, and every single one had cockroaches, poor cleanliness, and serious maintenance issues. The rooms lacked basic amenities such as a fridge and a safe, which should be standard. The air conditioners didn’t work properly, and the infrastructure overall was in terrible condition. We also needed a crib, and the hotel attempted to charge us $5 per night, plus a $100 deposit, which felt unreasonable given the already poor conditions. Although the front desk staff was polite and listened to our complaints, they showed very little empathy when we reported that someone had entered our room in the middle of the night. Despite multiple incidents, room changes, and repeated concerns, all they offered was a $20 discount on a reservation of over $400, which was completely unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this hotel. There are many other options in the area with far better cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience.

Property very run down. Our room had no hot water the first night. We complained and they fixed it. Our A/C unit sounded like a car engine and although we complained it was never fixed. The bathroom had no exhaust fan so it got very fogged up and musty everytime we showered. We paid for a room with bunk beds, but the bunk beds had a limit of 110lbs, so our teens couldn’t use them. The room was only cleaned once with beds made during our 4 night stay. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Would definitely not stay here again. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very nice.

I’ll start with the only real positive: the staff was very friendly. This is a dated hotel that has not been maintained well in the slightest. It wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t nice, either. We were woken up at 5:30 AM to a box truck being unloaded directly out our window. It was so loud and so disruptive, we were both awake. It’s dingy, and the bed was very uncomfortable. This was fine for a quick one night stay after a late flight before moving onto our Disney resort but would not recommend for anything longer than that.

The shower in the room ran the entire time, the knob was tight and it continues to run. The toilet cover did not fit on the tank. The staff was ran by the same woman day and night and she was not friendly. She would look at her computer instead of at me. She couldn’t get me extra soap or shampoo on the 2nd night of my stay because it was locked up. And there was a very young girl that checked us in (maybe 10-11 years old).

I am very upset. 1-With the Hotel 2-With Expedia The day before, I tried to cancel my reservation due to circumstances beyond my control, and despite having paid for the protection, they wouldn't refund my deposit. I find this very unfair, and I don't understand why I pay for protection.

El hotel es sumamente viejo, el desayuno pésimo, el inodoro no funcionaba bien, nos rentaron una cuna para nuestra bebé y estaba en pésimas condiciones. Decepcionados totalmente.

The worst hotel ever!! Dirty, Disgusting, every is broken !! You don’t even see any house keepers on any floor!! That place looks like those motel abandoned from a movie!!! Stay away from this place!!!!
