You get what you pay for. Don't go there if you're expecting a 5 star hotel, but the rooms were large and clean. Housekeeping is every other day, but if you need anything, just ask. Breakfast is good enough and there's enough for everyone. WiFi in the room did the job. And yes, the hotel needs some tlc, but you can't beat the price and the location. It's close to all the parks. Lots of dinner options and shops in the neighborhood. Would stay again!

So there is a deposit that never was mention here at Expedia when clearly said something dollars of resort fee was very unreasonable and uncomfortable to receive those news

Definitely its not what you see in the pics, the internet page says non smoking building, its a lie my room smells horrible, since the main gate, everything dirty, the towels really old and dirty, fridge smelly too, let's not talk about the microwave, I'm really disappointed of choose this place to stay here.

We enjoyed the fact that it was close to many attractions. But we had the room for 10 days and it felt like we been placed around the short stay people. Most nights felt more like a motel. In turn really wonder why a resort fee but it is what it is. The door to our room I could fit almost half my hand under it leading to the outside. ( male in my 40) the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet bowl itself. Our second day my step son scratched his leg with a spring that was sticking out the side of the mattress but I will say the front desk did get it resolved. Our tub was filling up and eventually got tired and asked for a plunger and pulled out a hair from past customers. Tv service was ok, a few good viewing channels and many spotty or could not see. We now it was not a 5 star but definitely expected better.

I Stay here for 6 days and it was a pleasant stay, great customer service and good staff. It would be perfect If the room dint have carpet, because it’s smell bad and need good hangers . It’s a good place for the price and good breakfast.

Booking this hotel i knew it wouldnt be top notch but for the price and location I took a chance. I didnt have high expectations. I just needed a cheap hotel for 2 nights in the area. Ill note the positives before i note any negatives. Positives are that the bed was clean and comfortable. I really appreciated that there was no carpet. The room smelled nice is also another positive. I was crossing my fingers that the room wouldnt smell like mildew and thankful it smelled nice and clean. Another positive is that it was quiet. You can hear people if they were talking but i think i lucked out because everyone was quiet for those 2 nights. The only staff i interacted with was the front desk. He was fine. He got my info, took my card and gave me keys. I didnt have any issues. The negative can honestly be fixed if the owners wantèd to. A fresh coat of paint in the room and the doors would bump my rating from a 3 to a 4. The walls, ceiling and doors are dirty looking. They are stained and scratched. I dont know if you can scrub or clean them. I think they just need to paint everything. To the owners of the property, make an effort to build your business by upgrading. You would get more clients that would pay more and give you better ratings. I wont say where i usually stay in orlando but their prices are comparable to yours but their rooms and property are upgraded and dont look run down. I usually stay there but this was a last minute trip and they were booked. 3 out of 5 for thi

Didn't look as nice as the photos (I think these are old photos) but everything was working, close to a lot of shopping, parks, and entertainment, and was pretty clean. No complaints for $50 a night.

We stayed here last year for spring break and it was ok but we stayed last night in a different room and it was awful 😖. Dirty and gross and i didn't want to stay but we were so exhausted at that point we stayed.

I was given a bad room, i checked in early morning at 3.30 am. The flush was choked, Phone was not working, No tissues in bathroom. No dustbin in the room. I had to go to reception and ask for a plunger and cleaned the bathroom myself at 5 am in the morning. Also couldn’t have breakfast because of this and got late for my show. I complained to the staff to refund my one night stay as the room was not proper. They said that they will email to the Manager. They didn’t do anything. Kindly refund my money.

the property was dirty. the room had broken glass and popcorn and old socks so clearly it wasn’t cleaned properly. 1 pair was under the bed and the other was IN THE BED! and the sofabed had bed bugs. you have to go to the front desk and take them my used towels to get new towels and to get a roll of toilet paper.i fell for their pictures of hardwood floors on their site but it’s just ugly old carpets. the tv’s are from the early 90’s. totally not worth the amount of money i paid. this is more like a cheap motel than a nice hotel. worst stay i’ve ever had in my entire life.

Our first room had a very large wet spot on the floor and other people's clothes in the closet. The staff were nice and switched out room. Unfortunately, the new room smelled of marijuana, but we didn't want to go through the trouble of switching again. The rooms were newly renovated which was nice.
