My family’s stay in your property is finally and thankfully over.
To recap this disastrous experience, the house rented and schedule for a 4pm check-in was not ready. Beds were undone, soaps and shampoos were half used and the cleaning crew came in around MIDNIGHT to make the beds with the same sheets. No new sheets were provided.
For four days we had no hot water to even shower. Technicians didn’t come to the property until the afternoon each day, making us waste our vacation time. We found ourselves day after day being forced to cancel all our plans and stay locked in the house until your team decided to send assistance.
During these four days we continuously asked for relocation and reimbursement, yet customer service only said they’d escalate to management as it was out of their control.
We are still waiting to hear from management and are appalled no apologies were extended. Our issue wasn’t taken seriously and ruined our Christmas vacation.
Too sad all this happened as the house is beautiful.
