The good, the room was spacious and the bed was OK.
THE BAD! I had a late check-in and the office closes at 11. They left a key for me. It was a cold night. Upon entering the room, I turned on the heating unit on at 78 to warm up. I unloaded my luggage, unpacked toiletries in the bathroom, etc. Need a drink, but NO cups! 20 minutes later, the room was still freezing. I checked the heat but the entire time, it was blowing COLD air! NO HEAT AT ALL!!! I then noticed that the bed only had ONE top sheet! No comforter, bed spread or blanket anywhere. I slept in my clothes and a hoodie and shivered all night. I had to use the bathroom. I did my "business' and flushed, only to have the toilet back up. I crawled back in the bed. First thing in the morning, I trudged to the office as there was no phone in the room. When I told the 2 people at the dest, a young woman and an older gentleman, they literally shrugged their shoulders and the young lady said...."We only provide blankets when the guests ask for it!" Kind of hard to do when nobody is there to help you after 11PM on a cold night! I then asked about a plastic cup for water and was told they don't provide cups. Then the toilet issue, only to find out that several other guests had the same problem. No reaction from them at all about anything! No apology, just an excuse of what they do or don't do! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO CHOICE!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! No offer of any kind of partial refund. HORRIBLE!!!
