"Despite warm weather the air conditioning was turned off for the season. Only way to cool and ventilate the room at night is to open windows. Like most European hotels the windows do not have screens, so mosquitoes quickly fill the room. Room furniture is minimal and dated. Bathroom shower is too small and generally substandard. Bottom line: hotel is adequate but not 4 star caliber. "

"Es ist ein schöner Altbau mit schönen Zimmern, wir hatten Zimmer Nr. 4 direkt am Pool mit einer schönen kleinen Terrasse, Sergio und seine Frau waren richtig nett. Das Haus ist mitten in der Altstadt von Oristano und eine richtige Oase, beim parken muß man kreativ sein und der Eingang ist nicht direkt zu finden aber die Unterkunft ist toll und man kann alles wichtige zum Einkaufen, Restaurant und die tolle Altstadt zu Fuß erreichen."

"Mold growing in the shower. Metal fixtures falling off the walls. Wifi so horribly on 4th floor we had to use our data. Lights burned out in the 4th floor hallway. Room was from the 1950s/60s. Worst hotel of our 3 week trip so far. At €110 per night it’s not even close to the quality we’ve had in other places "

"This is a good hotel that could be even better for example, the breakfast had a reasonable variety but was not regularly maintained. All areas were clean and well maintained but the outside 1st floor terrace could be made more attractive. Dinner was good. Parking near the hotel is limited but little the hotel can do about this."

"Lovely stay and staff were very helpful and courteous. Bathroom fixtures and fittings could have done with an upgrade. "

"Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft mit Blick auf die Piazza Roma. Alles war sauber, die Kommunikation war gut und der Checkin unkompliziert. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen."
