「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Great view. Since it’s by the beach, be wary of bugs but otherwise, great! I love the option of paid late checkouts since my partner and I decided to opt for the 3pm one that gave us extra time to enjoy our stay and the views!」

「I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. The staff went over and above for us. We had 2 babies and a tonne of bags and a big heavy cooler to bring to the 2nd floor (no elevator) the lady at the desk immediately said she would help bring our bags up. A young house cleaner helped as well. At breakfast, the sausage and eggs were cooked to perfection and they even served fresh baked blueberry muffins….FRESH….STILL HOT.
