Clean and easy check in . Just be prepared to pay 100 dollars parking fee plus the 150 deposit. I definitely would stay there again.

Should not be 4 star. It's really a basic 2 star like motel 6, except that it's in Beverly Hills. The walls are so thin that you can hear people walking and talking. We had expected this from other reviews and brought noise cancellation earphones. It's good, reasonable price for the excellent and convenient location, one block away from Wilshire and Beverly Hills Drive.

I expected more from the property but it was very poorly maintained, the pool which was advertised was just a kids pool and not proper pool which was one of the reasons I booked this one.
