"Their TV Wi-Fi system I think was completely overwhelmed when we were there. The TV was constantly rebooting. We’re just trying to watch a little TV before bed and we asked the front desk about it. They told us to turn everything off and back on in five minutes and we did that a couple times and it didn’t help at all. You get two or three sentences out and then it would start to reboot and it would sometimes never come back"

"When I first arrived in the evening (around 5pm), the parking was amazingly full. Since it was the 3rd week of Aug, it was a very busy time. The staff were really helpful and friendly. They carry bomb-fire packages to make s'mores (sticks, chocolates, wood etc.) and offer complimentary coffee, water and tea. I really appreciate the wonderful welcoming and friendly service. The hotel room is a bit older yet still great for families to enjoy."

"A perfect location overlooking the beach. While this hotel can use some maintenance and updating, my king suite was perfect. An insuite jetted tub, fireplace, large space with separate bedroom, comfy bed and quiet."

"The on-site laundry wasn’t clean. The machines used an app that you had to preload with amounts that were not the same a loads so there is a residual amount left in the app after we finished laundry. The on-site restaurant was very good. The views were great."
