「Premises is totally in need of an update. At the time of check in, one lady was kinda rude. It was about 15 minutes till check in time and she refused to hand us the keys. Our 1 bedroom was falling apart. Drawers were falling off the cabinet. Decor was very old and outdated. When we went to the pool there was a large group of kids in the pool playing games and being loud and splashing all the time.
