"This was the third time we stayed in this hotel while visiting the Disneyland Resort. The location is fantastic, i.e., within a short walking distance to the park and to many restaurants. The splash pool was great for the grandkid that we took to the park (5 years old) during each of the trips. The front desk staff was very helpful, even when I contacted the hotel a couple of times prior to our visits to ask about ammenities. I will stay here again. However, we were dissapointed during this last trip because, no one came to our room the next day; our trash cans were full and the tissue dispenser box was empty. Since we are both environmentally concious adults, we appreciate when hotels do not change bed linen and towels every day, every three days will work fine for us. However, we expect the housekeeper coming to our room on a daily basis and ensure trash is removed, and that we do not need refill of expendable amenities. Straighening of the bed sheets is not critical, but will be appreciated."
