Great spot for our little weekend gateway only thing about the Condo was the leaking shower head and loud toilet in bedroom. Great view of the ocean and I’d definitely book again.

Overall the interior of the unit was in very good shape,with the only negative being the bathroom sink cabinet in the main bedroom. Sometime ago, it must have sustained water damage and the base shows deterioration and rot. Although the purpose of our stay was not to watch Television, we found the set in the master bedroom did not work at all and the way that the set in the living room was set up, we were not able to figure out how to get it working. We called Southern Rentals to request help. They said they would get someone to call us, but nobody ever called. Another disappointment of communications with Southern Rental was, on Saturday(two days before leaving) I called Southern Rentals and asked if they had everything they needed from us for which the representative replied affirmative. Monday morning, about two hours into our trip, I received a text message stating that Southern Rentals does not have our signed rental agreement and our entrance into the condo will not be allowed until they receive it. I pulled off the road and called Southern Rentals. The representative then texted us the agreement which I completed and sent back. I did not appreciate the stress that situation created. The outstanding part of the condo was the large outdoor patio directly overlooking the Gulf. Most of our inside time was spent there. The grounds, pool area and beach entrance at Tradewinds were in immaculate condition.

Very impressed with the room and the view!! Very nice property to stay at and easy access to local shopping and restaurants. The room was very clean and up to date with everything you need for your stay with all the comforts of home. Only negative thing would be the beds that are very hard and were really no comfortable at all, other than that A .

Property Grounds are nice and well kept. Unit was terrible. I tried writing a nice review but Expedia keeps rejecting it. It met all of their criteria. This is a joke!!!! Expedia, Don't waste my time asking for a review anymore.

Nice stay right on the beach.

This place had an excellent location. They say it will sleep 6, but that seems like too many people. Our family of 4 fit perfect, and we didn't just come for the room. However upon arrival, the master bed had obvious dirty sheets with hair all over the bed. They did come back to change the sheets. Check out is at 9 AM so you will need to prep the night before and because of the early check out the elevators were busy. Lastly the building was quiet, but the master bedroom window was right by the hallway- a few loud kids....wasn't horrible. The beach was amazing and the area was fantastic.

Condo was very small and narrow. Mattress was like sleeping on bricks. Rented a first flood condo thinking we would have access to the pool but the balcony was railed off. Old property, needs upgrading.

The only issue we had was a lack of blankets for the pullout bed. We had the air on as it was 80 degrees outside and my son froze at night. He only had a sheet.
