Condo was very clean, could not get the tv in two bedrooms to work properly, handle on balcony door was broken when we arrived, the lint collector on dryer was cracked, was full of lint, fire hazard. Loveseat on balcony , the bottom part was bent. Overall was an excellent experience

I called property owners as I was headed down there. They told me everything was great to go. I get there Saturday to check in and was informed I could only stay till Monday at 10am because they were shutting the whole complex down. Well while being there for the week I drive by and see people at the hotel and it was way past the Monday mandatory leave. I was not happy at all.

The location was wonderful, short walk to the beach from room however our room had a few things messed up, nothing to bad for a short beach trip. Nice view

I loved that i didnt have to check in, as soon as i got there my vacation started. Although, i didnt like the two car parking pass.

Do not waste your time with this place, very outdated. I booked this on an ad that advertised $125 per night. After all the hidden fees it turned into $330 per night. For that amount it should have been a lot nicer. Rooms are old, our non smoking room recked of smoke. We make a trip to Orange beach twice a year. Will not be back here.
