Spent 3 days here on a pre Xmas visit. Nice enough hotel lobby and adjacent bar as you enter, friendly staff but busy and maybe need more available at busy times. Room OK and clean enough but would have been better if a little bigger. Disappointed that the daily hotel extra charge was more than Expedia advised. This needs clarified.

Staff was impeccable! The decor was elegant and kid friendly. My girls loved the decor especially the outdoor wonderland. The hotel was sooo clean. Probably one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. Thank you Rui for a wonderful experience

Excellent hotel the only thing I would recommend to ask for a newly renovated room. The old rooms are a little outdated but if you can stay in a new renovated room, then the hotel is fabulous location. Everything is great.

The room we had was fantastic. A very good size for staying in NYC, superb storage space and a nice bathroom. The hotel foyer is nice, modern and comfortable as well as the corridors. The cleaning staff were very good and made sure the room was great each day. The location of the hotel is ideal, close to 2/3 subway lines for travelling around the city. Would recommend the hotel most definitely.
