"Check in is at 3pm. You can hand your bags in earlier but make sure they give you a ticket. Our 3pm check-in was a disaster as we were told we had a one-night booking (we had booked for 4 nights), hadn't been issued with a bag ticket and then we given a room which we wouldn't open.
