"We did not get to stay when we arrived our room had been given away! An employee ran our card without permission before we arrived and it blocked so they rented to somebody else last min! We had driven four hours and had no place to stay after midnight! We had to find another place 35 min away! Will never use your site to book again! Very dissatisfied with the service and the desk guy was very rude about it! "

"I had my small dog with me. So, we stayed on the third floor. As we got off the elevator, we were met with a horrible smell in the hallway. As for our room, the carpet was nasty and should have been replaced a long time ago. Other than that, things were acceptable."

"When we checked in we made management aware that I had service dogs. Everything was fine, we checked in then we went to go to our room and the manager (David) saw my dogs and became very hostile! Then we had to move to two different rooms, we had no more than finally gotten checked into our third room.. then the cockroaches showed up! At this point as a disabled senior citizen (who was trying toto recover from his 17th surgery) not to mention, may the good Lord Almighty help you if you end up in the back building. You see, there are no sidewalks or any good way to get to the back to buildings. I could not in good conscience recommend anybody stay here! There are far better alternatives when spending your hard-earned money!"
